Our Products
Standalone Cooling Packages
This is our NEW standard product line of remote standalone cooling packages. Looking to replace a water-cooled heat exchanger and move your heat exchanger to a remote location? Our standalone cooling packages come equipped with an Aftercooler, Oil Cooler, or a Combination Cooler (Air & Oil).
Design & Build Tier 3, Tier 4 & Stage 5 Cooling Packages
Developing a cooling package which meets specific requirements such as drawdown, expansion space, max operating pressure, etc. can be a daunting task. Collaborate with OHT to take care of the calculations to ensure your system remains cool.
Stationary Compressor Oil Coolers & Aftercoolers
Our products cover a wide range of HP ratings, from a variety of different OE manufacturers for stationary compressor units. Looking for something to perform at 25HP or maybe 500HP? No matter what the requirements, look no further than OHT.
Portable Compressor Oil Coolers & Aftercoolers
We offer drop-in replacement aftercoolers, charge air coolers and oil coolers for a wide variety of manufacturers. The Sullair 900, 1150, 1600 series and the Ingersoll Rand model 1170 portable compressors to name a few of the most popular.
Stationary Engines & Power Generators
Whether the task is to provide 24/7 emergency electrical power to hospitals or emergency power to major communication networks, OHT is involved with providing the Engine Jacket cooling heat exchanger and the Boost Air cooling heat exchanger.
Hydraulic Coolers
Hydraulic Coolers are available with 3-Phase electric motors or Hydraulic drive motors.
Engineering – Calculations
Software Development Tools allow for the proper design of a Heat Exchange based on its operating environment such as:
• Fan air volume
• Fluid or air flow rates in lbm/hr.
• Heat Transfer rates in BTU/hr.
• System pressure drops
• Maximum operating ambient temperatureEngineering – Core Design
Different fins patterns can be used when designing a Heat Exchanger. If the outside air is susceptible to dirt such as in Earthmoving Equipment or airborne debris as in the Forestry business, a Plain Fin or Wavy Fin would be a reasonable choice to minimize clogging. For those applications in which the air flowing through the Heat Exchanger is mostly clear of debris, an Offset Fin could be a reasonable choice.
Industries We Serve
Ohio Heat Transfer supplies heavy duty aluminum heat exchangers for a range of applications.
